- Be willing and able to obtain a real estate license by enrolling in our training program.
- Have a desire to work independently and have control over your professional growth
- Have a strong work ethic and desire to be successful
- Have excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your business
Some experience necessary, must be computer literate.
Prior experience in sales, leasing and customer service a plus.
We provide leads. Salary is commission. (50% split plus bonus and incentives) not only do we offer the overall best compensation plans in the industry, we reduce your operating cost by thousands of dollars per year.

Must be willing to dedicate at least 15-20 hrs. per week (at home, in office, in field) for the first 60 days to be on the fast track.
Warm leads provided as well as marketing and business plan. Mandatory 15 hr. training required
