SHIFT SUPV- CALUMET CITY IL 60K+BONUS NO RELOCATION ASSITANCE MUST PROVIDE OWN RELO SHIFT SUPERVISOR 21 TURN SHIFT ROTATION REPORTS TO:CHIEF PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR NUMBER AND TITLES OF THOSE WHO REPORT DIRECTLY TO THIS POSITION:10-15 HOURLY PRODUCTION EMPLOYEES EXPERIENCE IN HIGH-TEMPERATURE OPERATIONS IS PREFERRED MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A SUPERVISOR IN A HEAVY INDUSTRY WORK SETTING (METALS OR CHEMICAL INDUSTRY PREFERRED) Supervises employees assigned to shift in all production and service activities Coordinates and directs the daily plant activities, including planning and scheduling the sequence of operations, to meet desired production goals at the lowest possible cost. Supports/promotes, facilitates and participates in the introduction and implementation of the concepts of continuous improvement in productivity and quality of output as embodied in Total Quality Management Philosophies. Sets an exemplary standard in the observance and enforcement of all environmental, safety and health policies of the Company. Maintains a neat, clean and orderly environment in the main plant, plant services building, and surrounding grounds used in production.Contract: Jackie Gregory 614-7627059W 6142097985C orEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
