Job DescriptionThe Accounts Payable Specialist provides exceptional service and creates a positive workenvironment.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEstablish and cultivate vendor relationships.
Setup New Vendors, maintain current vendorinformation, and W-9 documentsProcess invoices and credits from start to finish, receive direct order purchase orders intoinventory, compare purchase orders, pricing, and terms of paymentsEnsuring accounts are paid in an accurate and timely manner, taking advantage of prompt paydiscounts when availableInvestigate and resolve discrepanciesResearching Invoices and gather supporting documentsReview and reconcile statements monthly and reconcile general ledger accountsAssist with Month-end closing and reporting and audit requests.
Reviewing and maintaining MRO purchase order requestsAssist Department & Others as needed w/Special Projects#CBAPR2024#INAPR2024#LI-MC1Skills, Knowledge, & AbilitiesAccurate, Efficient, Self-motivated, organized, detail orientedWorks well in a team environment and on your ownInnovative and driven with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong basic math skills.
