Route Service Rep I

Duties and
Responsibilities:
1 Responsible for the safe and timely transporting specimens, supplies, equipment and materials to the appropriate destination.
2 Responsible for operating a company vehicle safely between laboratory, suppliers and our clients.
3 Plans daily route by following the route pickup list while allowing for stops and special pickups.
4 Reports to dispatch for route pickup list and receives items needed to route, i.
e.
, radio, keys etcalong with any special pickup instructions.
5 Maintains records of each specimen collected each day.
6 Delivers client supplies and reports.
7 Provides customer service to clients.
8 Provides appropriate client satisfaction information to Logistics Management and sales.
9 Other duties as defined by the supervisor.
Hours will be as follows:
M-F 9:
30am-6:
30pm Saturdays - 11am-7:

Qualifications:
Education Preferred:
High School degree or GED equivalencyWork
Experience:
1-3 years, preferably in a customer service or delivery related job.
Other:
Communication skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
