We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and lead our maintenance operations in South Holland, IL.
Job
Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor will play a pivotal role in overseeing and directing our maintenance team to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and upholding all safety and quality standards.
Requirements &
Qualifications:
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Four years of experience in mechanical or electrical trades preferred.
Completion of a recognized vocational training program may substitute for experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Strong knowledge and experience in various maintenance areas, including:
Electrical systems, electronics, PLCs, instrumentation, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, welding, cutting, brazing, plumbing, HVAC, combustion, boilers, compressors, fire & sprinkler systems, and general building maintenance.
Ability to lead and direct a maintenance team effectively.
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
