We are seeking a team player to join our company as an Assistant to our Project Managers.
Duties - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries -Schedule customer appointments (courtesy calles, estimates and surveys) - Manage the Outlook Calendar and schedule appointments and meetings - Act as a personal assistant to the management team, handling correspondence and organizing their schedules -Geographical knowledge of service area and ability to read maps - Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and transcribing documents - Assist in organizing and coordinating office events or meetings - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Experience Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business administration - Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with Outlook Calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Previous experience in project coordination is a plus This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing administrative support.
